At Hatrak Associates we can provide you with business coaching services that will help you identify the right mix of time, team, and investment that will dramatically increase your revenue, profit and overall business results.
Step One: 30 Minute Complimentary Consultation
We always begin with a 30-minute complimentary consultation. The first thing we do is a SWOT analysis – what are your strengths, your weaknesses, your obstacles and threats to your business? By going through this basic exploratory exercise, we can utilize the answers to identify the gaps in your business resources and quantify specific pain points.
One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. “Which road do I take?” she asked.” Where do you want to go?” was his response. “I don’t know,” Alice answered. “Then”, said the cat, “it doesn’t matter.”
Alice in Wonderland, Author Lewis Carroll
Honestly and objectively assessing your business and identifying your pain points provides the necessary information to answer the question, “Where do you want to go?” Knowing where your business stands currently compared to the vision of where you want it to be is the clarity needed to improve sales, revenue and profitability.
Step Two – DISC Assessment
DiSC® is the leading personal assessment tool used by over 1 million people every year to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication.
You will be asked to complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behavior. You’ll also receive tips related to working with people of other styles. This provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and adapt their behaviors with others – within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.
It will increase your self-knowledge: how you respond to conflict, what motivates you, what causes you stress and how you solve problems. It can Improve working relationships by recognizing the communication needs of team members, facilitate better teamwork and teach productive conflict resolution. It can help you and your team develop stronger sales skills by identifying and responding to customer styles, manage more effectively by understanding the dispositions and priorities of employees and team members and you can become more self-knowledgeable, well-rounded and effective as a leader and business owner.
Special Offer: If you are a member of your local Chamber of Commerce (and certain other organizations, please check with me) you may qualify for a discounted DISC assessment and debrief session. This gives us additional insight into how you communicate, how you view yourself and how people view your behavior style.
Step Three – Complete Needs Analysis
A complete needs analysis is needed in order to set up a long-term plan for growth and sustainability. This means we must first define where your business is in present time as compared to where you would like it to be in the future.
We need to ‘drill down’ using such things as an Industry Benchmark Report showing how you compare to your competitors (are you in the top 10 percent or the bottom 10 percent?) Projection Report on where you want to be in 5 or 10 years, and even looking at a Broker’s Opinion of the current value of your business will assist us in gauging where your business is at the moment.
Whether you are trying to improve your company’s performance against the industry average or you are trying to improve your current income and retirement outlook, it is important to have a snapshot of where your business is right now and a realistic plan for getting to your ultimate goal.
Step Four – Custom Proposal
Once we have connected with you and have learned about your business and what you want your future to look like, we can then build you a custom proposal. We will present several scenarios to you, based on different budget points.
Our proposals always take into consideration your vision for your future, and how best we can assist you to realize your goals while at the same time making sure we are utilizing all of the capacity and capability that you have within your business Remember, it’s all about leverage! (And about working smarter, not harder!)
